Only two-hour, four-hour, and one-day ski passes are available for purchase in the online store (winter season). Other types of passes and single tickets are available only at the ticket offices at the lower lift station.

In the event of strong winds exceeding 20 m/s and during lightning strikes, individual sections of the cable car may be closed for safety reasons. Ticket Returns.

Pursuant to Section IX of the Szrenica Ski Arena Online Store Terms and Conditions, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase agreement for an unused Ski Pass/Ticket within 14 days of the date of the agreement. To do so, please notify us at sklep@sudetylift.com.pl, providing your order number. It is not possible to return or partially refund used tickets (e.g. for an unused entry/exit or entry/exit using only one section instead of two).
